What I do
- Purchasing direct and indirect material and following up of the status, delivery dates
- Master data maintenance in the ERP system (order confirmations, delivery dates, Items set up, etc.)
- Supplier compliance management (delivery dates, delivery quality, quantity, incoterms, etc.) and timely reaction to deviations
- Earliest possible communication of non-timely deliveries
- Analysis of material consumption
- Defining good logistic solutions with suppliers and organization of best cost effective transport options
- Continuous interaction with local customs agent, following customs rules for operating in TIDZ
- Maintaining Customs Declaration evidence
What I need for it
- Working experience in production/material planning will be considered as advantage but not mandatory
- Advance knowledge in Logistics and Customs Rules for operating in TIDZ
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
- SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques, raw materials, quality systems and standards, health and safety standards and compliance, process improvement techniques, business, finance and management principles, solid computer skills
