What I do
- Optimum stock levels in relation to availability and demand (create, release and release orders)
- Master data maintenance in the ERP system (order confirmations, delivery dates, Items set up, etc.)
- On time and customer oriented initiation of production orders
- Initiation of production orders
- Implementation of special orders (samples, equipment verification, etc.)
- Manage deviations with customer and suppliers
- Satisfying demands with regards to material availability, capacity, turnaround time
- Processing system data
- Issuing purchase orders towards suppliers for direct and indirect material and following up of the status
- Earliest possible communication of non-timely deliveries
- Analysis of material consumption
- Overview of warehouse operations
- Developing internal process from for KANBAN supply
What I need for it
- Working experience in production/material planning will be considered as advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
- SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques, raw materials, quality systems and standards, health and safety standards and compliance, process improvement techniques, business, finance and management principles, solid computer skills
