What I do
- Responsible to develop turnover in your assigned region, south of Sweden
- Establish a customer network and gain industry know-how, by visits, calls, mails, fairs and more
- Manage large existing customers, develop new customers and elaborate new market segments
- Create new leads, generate opportunities and ensure sales success by developing solutions in partnership with the customers
- As deputy head of sales, represent during absences, support in daily leadership topics plan and execute Marketing activities and more
What I need for it
- Technical background and knowledge in the field of factory automation and/or process industry
- Several years of experience and success in sales, ideally first experiences as a leader
- Great curiosity and strong social competence, interpersonally and willing to be a future leader
- Mother tongue Swedish, good written and spoken English, German is a plus
- Strong user of CRM and related processes, SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus
