What I do

Responsible to develop turnover in your assigned region, south of Sweden
Establish a customer network and gain industry know-how, by visits, calls, mails, fairs and more
Manage large existing customers, develop new customers and elaborate new market segments
Create new leads, generate opportunities and ensure sales success by developing solutions in partnership with the customers
As deputy head of sales, represent during absences, support in daily leadership topics plan and execute Marketing activities and more

What I need for it

Technical background and knowledge in the field of factory automation and/or process industry
Several years of experience and success in sales, ideally first experiences as a leader
Great curiosity and strong social competence, interpersonally and willing to be a future leader
Mother tongue Swedish, good written and spoken English, German is a plus
Strong user of CRM and related processes, SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus
