The purpose of the position is responsible for assisting with the daily accounting needs of the organization.
What I do
- Posting of incoming/outgoing invoices
- Posting of MKD and foreign currency bank statements
- Posting of accruals
- Preparation of MKD and foreign currency payment orders
- Scanning and archiving of accounting documentation
- Preparation of a report for the State Statistics Office
- Preparation of reports for National Bank of North Macedonia
- Preparation of documentation for entry/exit to/from free trade zone during extraordinary events (sending calibration, etc.)
- Check and reconciliation of entry/exit reports to/from free trade zone
- Management of the fixed assets register
- Management of the cash register
- Preparation and organization of BAMK asset inventory
- Calculation, preparation and disbursement of salary
- Initiating, proposing and implementation of the continuous improvement
What I need for it
- BA in finance, accounting or related fields
- Understanding of accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience in an international company
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
- Detail oriented and tactful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
